Smoking cessation represents one of the most important steps that smokers can take to improve
the quality and length of their lives “Don’t tell me why to quit, tell me how”.
I like to arrange an introductory free chat where I explain and answer any questions about
the suggestion therapy. Topics I like to cover are:

The suggestions given throughout the hypnosis are designed specifically to break the unconscious links
that a client has made by associating smoking with certain activities. A date and time is then set and you
have taken the first step to becoming a non smoker with all the benefits and empowerment that will
come with this decision. The feel good factor from your hypnosis session will stay with you and go
on motivating and relaxing you in the days ahead.
Smoking is a habit and nicotine leaves your system after a few days of being a non smoker (leaves it completely).
Once it’s gone, what you are left with is a habit which you probably associate with other experiences: socialising, drinking
coffee, driving, studying and on the phone. This is where hypnotherapy offers one of the highest success
rates out of all the alternative methods that are on offer.
